Privacy policy

This policy explains what SlowFireLabs ("TradeBid Radar", "we") collects when you use this website and our email alerts, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Alert details: your email address, watchlist tickers and alert preferences.
• Billing: if you upgrade, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and plan status — never your full card number.
• Email activity: which alerts we sent you and when, plus bounce and spam-complaint notices from our email provider.
• Website analytics: page views, the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign (UTM) tags. We do not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. Visitors are counted with a one-way hash that changes every day, and we never store IP addresses. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record your page views.

How we use it

• To send the alerts you asked for and operate your account.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse (for example rate-limiting signups).
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and channels bring people to the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our database and hosting providers, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection where enabled. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from every email with one click using the link in any message.
• Change your preferences from the Manage alert link.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing you@yourdomain.com.

Retention

We keep alert and email records while your alert is active and for up to 24 months after you unsubscribe, so we can honor your opt-out. Billing records are kept as required by law.
